Стандартный монтаж Евролос БИО включает в себя все работы, земляные и инженерные:
- Подготавливается котлован необходимой глубины.
- На дно делается песчаная подсыпка 15-20 см.
- Монтажная бригада опускает станцию в котлован.
- Станция заливается водой и одновременно с этим обсыпается вокруг песком. Песок и воду обычно предоставляет заказчик.
- В приемную камеру выполняется герметичная врезка канализационной трубы.
- Из отводящей камеры делается отвод воды, который также герметично опаивается.
- В блок управления заводится электрический кабель.
- Устанавливаются и подключаются компрессора. В случае принудительного отвода в станцию также устанавливается дренажный насос, который идет в комплекте.
- Станция запускается в работу.
- На выполняемые работы дается гарантия 1 год.
- Материалы для монтажа (трубы, кабель и пр.) предоставляет наша компания.
Шеф-монтаж станции Евролос БИО включает в себя только технические работы по подключению и запуску станции в работу:
- Земляные работы по изготовлению котлована под станцию выполняет Заказчик своими силами. Наш специалист только дает рекомендации и проверяет потом размеры готового котлована.
- Станция опускается в котлован, обсыпается песком и заливается водой силами Заказчика или его работников.
- Наш специалист делает герметичную врезку и опайку подводящей труб.
- Заводит в станцию электрический кабель.
- Подсоединяет подводящие и отводящие трубы.
- Устанавливает и подключает компрессора и насосы.
- Запускает станцию в работу.
- На выполняемые работы дается гарантия 1 год.
- Материалы для монтажа (трубы, кабель и пр.), а также песок и воду предоставляет Заказчик.
